

Jason Cly, Coach

As an elite MVP high school pitcher, Jason was drafted by the Anaheim Angels in 1997 in the 17th round, but chose to attend college. Attending Chico State on a scholarship, he led the team to the NCAA Division II College World Series Championship. Jason turned pro in 2000 which included stints with teams in Mexico, Canada and Colombia. He was named to three All-Star teams, won two MVP awards and won three more professional championships. He founded his Los Angeles-area Cly Baseball Academy (CBA) in 2007. Through CBA, Jason has personally trained and developed hundreds of young baseball players from beginner to professional.

Antoine Moten, Coach

Coach Antoine has been a beloved coach of Ladera Little League for many years.

Tim Schlatter, Pitching Coach
​
Tim is an alumni of the UCLA Bruins Baseball team. He was a right-handed pitcher who graduted in 2009. He is the owner of Westside Baseball Academy where he conduct clinics, team practices, and individual lessons for players ages 8-18.
Prior to UCLA, he was a 2-year baseball letterwinner at Sacramento City College where he posted a 7-3 record and 2.22 ERA in 18 appearances to help lead Sacrmento City College to the Big-7 Conference title and California State Championships Final Four; recorded 86 strikeouts and 31 walks in a team-high 101.1 innings pitched that season...and earned first-team All-Big 7 Conference honors.

Frank Cruz, Advisor

Frank Cruz is the former USC head coach. Prior to that, he was USC's Assistant Coach for 4 seasons, where the Trojans appeared in 4 NCAA Tournaments & reached the 1995 College World Series final. Cruz is also a former head coach of Loyola Marymount, responsible for 3 straight 1st place finishes in the WCC.
